RULES FOR USING SERVICES

OOO "CITYNET", hereinafter referred to as the Provider, provides CityNet network access services (hereinafter referred to as the Services) in accordance with License AA No. 0006512 dated June 18, 2018 and these Rules for Using Services, to a legal entity or individual, hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber.


1. This document defines the rules that are mandatory for the Subscriber when using the communication services provided by the Provider. These rules apply to the procedure for using the Network resources. Hereinafter, the word "Network" refers to the Internet and other networks accessible from it.

2. This document is an appendix to the Public Offer and/or the Agreement and defines the rules that are mandatory for the Subscriber when using the Internet service.

3. The Network is a global association of computer networks and information resources belonging to many different people and organizations. This association is decentralized, and a single, generally binding international set of rules (laws) for using the Internet has not been established.

4. The basic principle of action of the generally accepted rules for working on the Internet is the following provision:
- the rules for using any Internet resources (from a mailbox to a server and communication channel) are determined by the owners of these resources and only they. The owner of any information or technical resource of the Network can establish for this resource its own rules for its use. The rules for using resources, or a link to them, are published by the owners or administrators of these resources at the point of connection to such resources and are mandatory for all users of these resources. The Subscriber is obliged to comply with the rules for using the resource or immediately refuse to use it. In accordance with this provision, any actions of the Subscriber that cause complaints from the owners of other networks, servers, information resources, news conferences, mailing lists, etc., proving a violation of the rules for using the relevant resources, are unacceptable and constitute a violation of these Rules.

5. When using the Service, the Subscriber is obliged to:
a) comply with all the terms of the agreement concluded with the Provider;
b) prevent the use of the Internet for the transmission of information constituting a state or other secret protected by law;
c) not to disseminate via the Internet information containing calls for violent change of the existing constitutional order, territorial integrity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, propaganda of war and violence, cruelty, national, racial and religious hatred;
d) not to disseminate via the Internet information that degrades the honor and dignity of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and causes moral insult to individuals or a group of individuals;
d) not to commit other actions that entail liability in accordance with the law;
e) not to use materials obtained via the Internet for distribution for commercial (or non-commercial) purposes if this is contrary to the law;
g) not to transfer (not to replicate) Authentication data to legal entities and individuals and ensure their confidentiality;
h) not to publish or transfer information or software that contains computer viruses or other components harmful to the network;
i) not to undertake unauthorized access to the operator's databases, not to make changes to the operator's software; j) not to transfer rights under the agreement to third parties;
k) not to cause damage to the transferred andeconomic, political and other harm to the Republic of Uzbekistan by the information received, not to use communication channels and means for disseminating pornographic products and information of a compromising and discrediting nature to the state;
m) not to send to the Internet any information the content of which contradicts local or international legislation;
n) not to send, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute in any way through the service software or other materials, in whole or in part, protected by copyright or other rights, without the permission of the owner;
o) not to use the provided access to the Internet and other networks for distributing unnecessary to the recipient, unsolicited information (creating or participating in network noise - "spam"):


In particular, the following actions are unacceptable:


- Mass mailing of uncoordinated e-mails. Mass mailing means both mailing to multiple recipients and multiple mailings to one recipient. E-mails mean messages from e-mail, ICQ and other similar means of personal exchange of information;


- Uncoordinated mailing of e-mails of an advertising, commercial or propaganda nature, as well as letters containing rude and offensive expressions and proposals;


- Sending information to recipients who have previously expressed a clear reluctance to receive this information;


- Using your own or provided information resources
(mailboxes, email addresses, WWW pages, etc.) as contact coordinates when performing any of the above actions, regardless of the point in the Network from which these actions were performed;


- Using the equipment necessary for receiving the Internet service in compliance with technical safety regulations;


- Do not falsify TCP/IP packet headers or headers of mail messages
or messages sent to newsgroups


- Do not use other people's mail servers to relay mail without the explicit
consent of their owners.


6. In accordance with this provision, any actions of the Subscriber that cause complaints from owners of other networks, servers, information resources, news conferences, mailing lists, etc., proving a violation of the rules for using the relevant resources, are unacceptable and constitute a violation of these Rules.


7. If the Subscriber uses servers accessible from the Network, he must comply with the following restrictions:


relaying of e-mail through the Subscriber's mail server is allowed only for the Subscriber's mail;


- access to the Subscriber's news server must be open only to the Subscriber's users; - access to the Subscriber's proxy server must be open only to the Subscriber's users.
