Privacy Policy

The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the legal relationship on the processing of personal data between OOO “CITYNET”, Uzbekistan, 100066, Tashkent, Shaykhontohur district, Kichik Khalka Yuli Street, 2, INN 305 407 034 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the User of the citynet.uz website (hereinafter referred to as the User).

The “User” is understood to be a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and wishes to order the Company's services, log in to the website or perform other actions provided for by the functionality of the Company's Internet resource.

The “Site” or “Company's Internet resource” is understood to be the citynet.uz website, taking into account all levels of domain names, owned by Companies.

When processing personal data, the Company is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ZRU-547 "On personal data" taking into account the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union dated April 27, 2016.

2. Further communication on the User's application, including by third parties - partners of the Company to fulfill obligations under the User's application;

Principles of personal data processing

1. Legality.

The User has the right to:

2. Revoke your consent to data processing.
3. Require the termination of processing or destruction of your personal data.

Storage of personal data

Personal data is stored in the following cases:

1. Until the moment the data is deleted by the User.
2. Until the moment the data is destroyed at the request of the User.
3. Until the expiration of the User's consentbody
